During early discussions, Eric Norris mentioned how he, after a client lands a job, always sends them a handwritten thank you card. This was a gesture most of his colleagues did not do and we decided to use this as a springboard for his visual brand identity. The logo is based on this idea. The icon features a hand-drawn "N" coupled with a modern sophisticated serif wordmark. The logo conveys warmth and sophistication. To build on this organic tone, I designed a simple but rich color palette to help Norrco stand out from the color trends of the competition. The final pieces were a custom set of hand-drawn icons and curated found photography.
