During the Summer of 2019, the creative services manager at Acuity Brands invited our team to develop an internal brand identity for the creative department. Since we are a diverse group of artists and designers, it was essential to create a cohesive brand vision our team could stand behind and a visual language we could use throughout our department.

We began by defining our vision, mission, and values. Once we established these three tenets, we decided to name our department Lighthouse 431. The logo's design features an abstract L based on neon lights' aesthetic. Inspired by Henri Matisse, the brand language is made up of bold colors and simple shapes.
