Since most of the identity elements(logo, color, and typography) could not change, we decided to introduce new features to the visual language and use the existing elements differently. The primary source of inspiration for the new visual language came from our company’s main product—light. From one side of a surface to the other, light’s interaction is always changing. It is the natural gradient. With this nature of light in mind, I introduce three new elements to the brand language.
The first was a dark blue to light blue gradient featured mainly in big headline moments. The second is a soft blue edge gradient that blends into the background. I reworked the brochure's design–giving it a dynamic and editorial tone with large headlines and better interaction between typography and photography. We then took this new visual language and applied it to the website and social channels.
